Delta made some great heavy duty disc sanders for woodworking. I purchased one brand new in the late 1970s from Imperial Hardware in Long Beach, Ca. It’s still being used today and runs just as well as it did when it was new. I don’t think I could say that about most any tool that’s currently available at big box retailers. There is something to be said about the quality of older American made woodworking equipment.

an accurate, fast job must be done, Being portable, it can be moved to any place in the shop or on the production line.

Used with any standard Delta Milwaukee ball bearing motor in 8%” frame, the disk fits directly to the end of the motor shaft. Disk is specially machined to insure proper adhesion of abrasive disks, and by using disk adhesive for applying disks, there is no need for messy gluing, no removal of disk from machine, no waiting overnight for new abrasive disks to dry, Abrasive disks can be renewed every few minutes if necessary.
